An organically cultivated farm in Tuscany

With a ‘farm to plate’ philosophy at the 300-acre organically cultivated estate in Tuscany, the farmers, culinary gardeners and chefs produce biodynamic gastronomy that nourishes the body and soul.

Each day the estate’s farmer collects milk from Borgo’s sheep that is then transformed into artisan cheese and yogurt at the on-site dairy. The farm includes free-range chickens, honeybees, alpacas and extensive vineyards. The farm supplies both the inspiration and ingredients for its two restaurants, Saporium and Trattoria Sull’Albero.
